We expect cows to rub up against the T-posts and have seen them push under the net. We recommend moving cattle to an alternative pasture if you can. We'd hate for the T-posts to get loosened or cattle to enter the trap, and cows can be curious.
If an alternate pasture is impossible, we have had success with electric fencing outside the trap to keep the cows from rubbing on the posts and entering the trap. You can run the fence about 4 ft. away from the edge of the trap just beyond your Ground Anchors. Be sure to set it high enough (minimum 36" high) to exclude cattle and not deter pigs.
