When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we’ll either repair the relevant defect or replace it. If we can’t repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer is entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. We will pay for the shipping of repaired or replaced products to the customer and the customer will be responsible for the return shipment of the product to us.

Extended Warranty Options
We also offer a one-year extended warranty for $40.99 and a two-year extended warranty for $66.99. These add two to three years to the one-year warranty that already comes with the trap. If you place your order online, these are offered as an add-on for your trap purchase. If you prefer to order by phone, just mention that you would like to add it to your order.
