I'm not sure if I should get the Pig Brig Trap System or the Pig Brig XT Trap System. Whats the difference in performance?

The Pig Brig Trap System is the Base Net and Boar Shield combined with all required accessories. The Pig Brig XT Trap System includes the Trap Cap, Base Net, and Boar Shield at a package rate with all required accessories.

The only difference between the Pig Brig Trap System and the Pig Brig XT Trap System is that the XT includes the sewn-in or clip-on Trap Cap. That’s it. If your tolerance for escapes is low, like ours, the Trap Cap is pretty darn handy.
